Recent National Association of Stagers research indicates that 82% of buyers find it easier to visualize themselves building a home in a staged property versus a property that has not been staged. Additionally, according to The Real Estate Staging Association, by investing in staging, 75% of sellers saw a return between 5% and 15%. We trust that sellers will NOT want to leave money “on the table” and as a team of experts in this field, we want to help make sure each home is presented at its best. With over 100 successful stagings completed, we provide current and relevant design advice and provide a curated staging design strategy. All of this solidifies that each home is staged in a way that makes buyers visualize themselves creating their memories in the home.

Kitty Giordano Jordan
Lead Stager
Kitty stared her career in the fashion and events industry. She quickly fell in love with interior design and creating timeless spaces. Her role as lead stager is to provide clear and comprehensive guidance to help agents and sellers prepare their listings and homes for market. Her goal is to showcase each homes unique features while making the process as smooth and seamless as possible. When Kitty isn’t designing and staging she enjoys scouring the internet for estate and garage sales, searching for unique pieces to add to her collections. She has a love for constantly redecorating her home, moving pieces to different rooms every few months to completely change the look and feel of the space. Kitty currently resides in Maplewood, NJ with her husband Donny and their puppy Birdie.
Shana West
Staging Assistant
Born and raised in Kansas City, Shana moved to Brooklyn in 2008 where she later met her husband and started a family. They moved to Maplewood as a “trial run” in 2016 but Shana quickly fell in love with the area and they made it home. She immediately felt connected to Maplewood and deeply appreciates the community and openness of the people in Maplewood and South Orange.
Shana has a background in early childhood education and taught preschool for many years. She loved teaching and also building relationships with her students’ families. She brings her ability to easily connect with people and build trusting relationships to the team. Shana is passionate about creating a positive impact through the care, serve, give model.
Shana is happiest spending time outside in warm, sunny weather with her two young children and husband!
